Will founded Global Sports in 2010, building it into the leading careers platform for sport with unmatched credibility across federations, clubs, leagues, events and growth operators worldwide. Now, as part of the Extra Play leadership team, he leads on partnerships and growth, strengthening the three pillars — Jobs, Talent and Education — while unlocking new opportunities across the wider group.
His heritage and network give Global Sports unique global reach, and his focus is ensuring it continues to grow as the go-to platform for careers in sport — today the largest dedicated jobs board in the industry.

Neil has scaled sports and media businesses across Europe, MENA and Asia — most recently as COO of DAZN, where he oversaw global operations, broadcast and commercial delivery. A co-founder of Extra Play, he brings deep expertise in operations, commercial strategy and technology, always with a focus on pace and outcomes.
At Global Sports, Neil leads the platform transformation — rebuilding our technology with data, AI and user experience at the core. His role: turning the scale and reach of Global Sports into a next-generation platform the industry can rely on, fuelled by GSiE.

Shaun has led people, culture and talent in high-growth environments including DAZN, Perform and Superbet. A co-founder of Extra Play, he brings real operator experience of building leadership teams, scaling fast and embedding people strategy that drives performance.
At Global Sports, Shaun leads Global Sports Talent — working directly with partners across federations, clubs, leagues, events and growth operators on senior hiring, team builds and people strategy. His focus: making Global Sports the talent engine for sport — powered by the Global Sports Intelligence Engine — faster, sharper, built for performance.
